Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via USPS only.
We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class)
- Priority Shipping (Faster Delivery)
Standard Shipping is our most common option and is used for most orders. Priority Shipping is an upgraded option for faster delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
This discount is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
- Standard Shipping includes USPS tracking
- Priority Shipping includes USPS tracking with faster delivery updates
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Area
At this time, we ship to United States addresses only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
However, we will assist in filing claims with USPS to help resolve shipping issues whenever possible.
