Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this window, we cannot accept returns.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- Free of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned in original condition as received
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide return labels unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
